The cable clamp set is used to secure the rear brake cable to the brake drum. Thanks to the cotter pin, the screw nipple can be easily removed and reattached. The clamping screw ensures proper tension on the brake cable. The brake cable is routed through the cable clamp and is not pulled around or kinked, as is the case with other cable clamps.
