Drilling jig made of steel, suitable for the repair tab of the fan cover on your Puch X30 Velux moped / moped with ZA50 engine.
Installation procedure:
- Position the drilling jig, fix in place with a pair of pliers or a small screw clamp
- Drill the position with a 3 mm drill bit, remove the template
- Drill out to 4 mm
- Deburr the hole on both sides with a countersink
- Screw on the bracket (item 33323 in the accessories) and use threadlocker as required
- Refit the fan cover as usual
