Aluminum mounting ring for the double-layer air filter mat as an alternative to standard Ø 52 mm air filter screens such as those used on Bing SRE, SSB, SRC and SSE carburettors on Puch Maxi S / N, Puch Supermaxi LG1 / LG2, Puch X30 Sport NS / NL, Puch X30 Velux, Zündapp Belmondo, ILO / JLO, MV / MS etc.
Because of the mounting ring, the foam is stable and can be mounted in a free-standing position.
The two-layer foam is placed in the mounting ring and fixed with the stainless steel ring. This allows the mounting housing to be installed in the carburetor / air filter intended for it.
Figure 3 shows the intended use of the mounting housing.
