Eccentric cam with offset keyway for the breaker ignition on your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.
The offset keyway makes it possible to shift the ignition timing two degrees forwards or backwards. More advance brings more power, less advance makes the engine quieter but heavier. The cam is engraved with «+2°» and «-2°» on the front and rear. If you mount the «+2°» as the visible side, you will get more preference. With the «-2°» side correspondingly less.
The breaker cam is made of stainless steel.
Note: If you have installed a crankshaft from Jasil (Top Racing) or Athena, you should definitely use the one-millimeter machined cams from the accessories. With both manufacturers, the crankshaft stub is known to be slightly too short, which means that the flywheel does not sit correctly on the cone.
