Aluminium centring bushes, silver anodized, for clean installation of the cylinder cover on blown cylinders of your Puch X30 NG-2AH, Puch X30 NG-2A, Puch X30 N-2A, Puch DS 50, Puch MV 50, Puch MC 50 mopeds, mopeds and small motorcycles.
The bushes can be used with all 38 / 40 / 41 mm swivel cylinder heads in conjunction with M6 threaded studs.
They are pushed into the holes in the cylinder cover so that they protrude slightly above the sealing surface (see Figure 2 for illustration).
We recommend that you glue the guide bushes into the cylinder head with Loctite adhesive so that they do not move during assembly/disassembly.
Now the cylinder head can be pushed perfectly centered onto the stud bolts.
