Revamp your Puch moped with custom-fit light and ignition coils
On many older motorbikes, the factory-fitted on-board electrical system in the ignition area is a problem. Components such as the ignition coil or light coil are often corroded and therefore no longer function reliably or, in the worst case, give up the ghost completely. Of course, this becomes a problem at the latest when you have to deal with misfiring on your moped rides or your moped no longer starts at all. However, replacing the ignition coil on your Puch Maxi moped or on other models from the Austrian manufacturer can often help to resolve ignition problems. But even if you are travelling at high revs on your moped after some tuning conversions, the light or ignition coil on your bead will need to be adjusted. This is because original ignition coils are only suitable for very high engine speeds to a very limited extent and are then very prone to faults. In this case, however, the simplest solution is to install a high-performance racing ignition on your Puch moped, which you can of course also order in our shop. For repairs, fine-tuning and modernisation of your ignition, you can also choose from individual ignition or light coils, which you can order conveniently and for little money from our range.
Fitting the new ignition coil to your Puch maxi moped or Puch X30 moped
You don't need to be an experienced electrician to replace the ignition coil or light coil on a motorbike and carry out the necessary maintenance work on the ignition. As a rule, the individual components can be easily replaced without much effort and the work is more or less self-explanatory. For example, if you want to fit a new ignition coil to your Puch moped, you only need to pay attention to the correct wiring of the new part.
