Today, Athena is an internationally recognised company that manufactures gaskets, cylinders and pistons for the moped and motor vehicle industry, among other things. However, the brand was founded in 1973 as a small craft business based in Alonte in Italy. Initially, the company manufactured industrial gaskets of all kinds.
