The wheel hub on your Puch Maxi moped, including the hub body and the wheel bearing, are exposed to heavy loads during every ride. For this reason, the entire assembly is a typical wear part, meaning that the bearing, hub or wheel axle - depending on the intensity of use and riding habits - will have to be replaced sooner or later on every Puch moped.
