Additional lubrication slots on the connecting rod and on the lower connecting rod bearing, in combination with the installed silver cage and the bronze thrust washers, ensure clean running even at high engine speeds.The balancing bores in the cheeks have been sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.
